Returning your purchase to a local shoezone store.
Our free returns option is to your local shoezone store, where you can return the item unworn and in the original condition within 12 months of purchase, where a refund or exchange can be actioned.
When returning the item to our store for your refund or exchange, please ensure you return these in the delivery bag as this is contains the returns reference needed by the store, if you no longer have the bag, please take your order or despatch confirmation email with you.

Returning your purchase to our Head office.
If you are not able to take your return to one of local stores, then you are more than welcome to return this to us using our returns portal. You can process your return by clicking onto the ‘Start my return’ link at the bottom of our homepage shoezone.com or by clicking the link here.
Please be advised that returns to our Head office will incur a charge of £2.50 which will be deducted from your refund for non-faulty items.
Please note: If you purchased your items in store you would need to return to store for your refund or exchange.
