How do I process a return through the returns portal?

To process a return through our returns portal, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select ‘Start my return’ located at the bottom of our homepage.
  2. Click 'Get Started'
  3. You can either continue as a guest or sign in to your shoezone account.
  4. Enter your order number and postcode.
  5. Select a reason for return on the relevant items.
  6. You may be asked to upload images of the item if it is faulty or incorrect, please follow the instructions given if this is the case.
  7. Once you have selected a reason, please select ‘Next’.
  8. Confirm your postcode and select the method to return the parcel (scroll down the page to see all available options).
  9. You will need to confirm your address at the bottom of the page, after this press ‘Next’ to submit the return.

Please note:

If you have submitted photos of a faulty or incorrect item, please allow 24hrs for a member of our team to approve your return. 

If your faulty return is approved then you will NOT be charged, and we will not require the item to be returned to us.
