If you are able to visit your local store, a member of staff will resolve this for you with a replacement or refund.
Alternatively, please visit our Returns Portal to provide us with images of the incorrect item.
Once these images have been viewed and approved by our customer services team, you will be provided a free return and a refund will be processed.
Please be advised that if this is approved, there will not be £2.50 deduction for the label. You will get a free returns label/ QR code and a full refund.
