    1. Black pair of Shoes was Damaged when they come to day 
    2.  and all three pairs of shoes was not surpose to come to day 
    3. we were surpose to get a refund on all three pairs of shoes and go into my Bank Account 
    4.  we were quite surprise they come to day

    It wont let me load up Photos of the damage shoes and the other two pairs of shoes are  alright and the grey bag was taped up and put in a blue bag was all taped up and sent to us with hour Address on it

    We do not require any photos if you could return them using the prepaid label provided that would be great!

    We have not got a prepaid label can you send us one in the post please  we have not got any lables to send it back to you .what you was surpose to send to us .we have not got your Address and post code to send it back to you .and we have not got nothing at all
