What should I do if I receive an error message during checkout?

If you receive an error message, please try the following:


     - Verify you are entering the credit card details and billing address correctly.

     - Verify your billing name, address and phone number matches that of the credit card used for the                payment.

     - Refresh the page or try another web browser.

     -Contact your bank to ensure you have sufficient funds.


Please note that if you are placing an order over £50, the billing information and delivery address would have to match.
