How can I place an order with shoezone?

You can place an order through our website and in your local shoezone branch. To locate your nearest shoezone store, please click here. 

 

To place an order through our website, you will need to follow the relevant steps: 

  1. Once you have added the item(s) you require to the bag, select 'view bag and checkout'
  2. Choose express checkout, or select 'checkout securely'
  3. Enter your email address as a guest, or if you have an account with us please sign in. Please ensure that the email address is correct before continuing
  4. Choose a delivery method, either home delivery, or collection. Enter the postcode and select your address for delivery from the drop down options. Please continue to fill out the requested details on the rest of this page
  5. Once you have done this and continued to payment, you have the option to enter a promotional code if you have one, or make a donation to charity. In order to do this, please press the '+' sign on  either of these options. Once you are happy to continue, please select the payment method you wish to use
  6. If you wish to pay by card, please select 'Pay Securely' and select the payment method associated with your card. Then fill in your details and confirm this to place your order
  7. Please make a note of your order number for reference, however you will receive a confirmation email within an hour of placing this

-              Or place an order at a local shoezone store, or through Amazon and eBay with shoezone
