What are the postal return options?

You will be able to choose your preferred postal return method when arranging your return through our returns portal.
 

Collection Options:

  • Royal Mail home collection (no printer required)
     
  • Evri home collection (printer required)
     

Drop-Off Options:

  • Royal Mail Post Office, ParcelShop or Customer Service Point (no printer required)
     
  • Evri ParcelShop (no printer required)
     
  • Royal Mail Locker (printer required)
     
  • Evri Locker (printer required)
     

You can find your nearest drop-off points using the Royal Mail location finder or the Evri location finder.
