My item is faulty - what do I do?

We are sorry to hear that your item is faulty. We would just need to see the fault so this can be resolved for you.


Returns Portal

This can be done by adding images on our returns portal here. You will have to choose a return method to submit the return. However, if the item is approved as faulty and unusable, you will not be charged £2.50 for a label, we would not require the item to be returned, and you would get a full refund.

In Store

Alternatively, the item can be returned to your local shoezone store where a member of staff will inspect the items for a fault and assist further with a refund or replacement if faulty.

If you purchased the item in store, we would need you to take the item back into your local shoezone store.
