I don't have an invoice, can I return?

Yes. As shoezone is a paperless company, there will not be an invoice in your parcel.

All the details needed for a return will be on your order confirmation and despatch confirmation email.

For an instore return, you will just need your returns reference. For a postal return, you will just need to enter your order number and postcode on the returns portal.
