Please visit our returns portal here where you will be required to provide us with three images of the shoes. Once these images have been viewed and approved by our customer services team a refund will be processed.
If further action needs to be taken, you will be contacted by a member of our team.
Please be advised if your faulty return has been approved then you will not be charged and we will not require the item to be returned to us.
Please note that this option is not available for store purchases, as items originally paid for instore are not able to be refunded at our Head Office.
