Your shoezone ID is a unique QR code in the shoezone app. When it's scanned in store during your purchase, your receipt will be saved in the app as an e-receipt.
Where do I find my shoezone ID?
Tap the More tab. If you are signed in, you'll find it in the My Account section. If you are not signed in, it will appear as an option in the menu.
Do I need an account?
We recommend creating an account and signing in, so your e-receipts are linked to it. If you use the app as a guest, your e-receipts will only be stored on that device and will be lost if you delete the app.
What if my e-receipt doesn't appear?
E-receipts usually appear within a minute of your purchase. If it hasn't shown up, check your internet or mobile signal. It should appear automatically once you are back online.
Returning an item in store
Simply show the barcode on your e-receipt to a member of staff.
