    Customer service is appalling. No one answers the phone. Constantly being sent round in circles. I paid for next day delivery. Tracking absolutely useless. Evri have not updated me for over 24 hours. Will never use you again.

    I've just spent 10mins waiting in a queue for customer services, being told all our college's are busy dealing with customers to now being told the office is closed, even though you advertise your open at 9am on Saturday. You need to seriously sort you selves out.

    I paid for next day delivery and never arrived such bad service and was first time buyer its made me think twice paying fir a service I didn't get!
