We’re sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with an item purchased from Shoe Zone.
If you can provide us with more detailed images of the faults, we can then take a look into resolving this for you.

If we are unable to determine a manufacturing defect from the photographs provided or you have originally purchased the product in store. We would need them to be physically inspected, we would suggest for you to take the item into your local Shoe Zone store. A member of staff will be able to physically examine this for a manufacturing defect and if a fault has been determined with the design or construction, the store would authorise a refund or exchange on this occasion.
If you do not have your proof of purchase, the store would not require this in these circumstances, however you are more than welcome to take this for peace of mind.
Alternatively, if you have ordered the item and paid online you are more than welcome to post the item back to our Head Office. We shall examine the item with our QC team and if a fault has been determined, a refund for the item and return postage would be authorised. This option is not available for store purchases as the item was originally paid for instore and are not able to refund store purchases at our Head Office.
