If you can provide us with more detailed images of the faults, we can then take a look into resolving this for you.

If we are unable to determine a manufacturing defect from the photographs provided or you have originally purchased the product in store. We would need them to be physically inspected, we would suggest for you to take the item into your local shoezone store. A member of staff will be able to physically examine this for a manufacturing defect and if a fault has been determined with the design or construction, the store would authorise a refund or exchange on this occasion.
If you do not have your proof of purchase, the store would not require this in these circumstances, however you are more than welcome to take this for peace of mind.
Alternatively, if you have ordered the item and paid online you are more than welcome to post the item back to our Head Office. We shall examine the item with our QC team and if a fault has been determined, a refund for the item and return postage would be authorised. This option is not available for store purchases as the item was originally paid for instore and are not able to refund store purchases at our Head Office.

I received a really bad injury when both my black slider type sandal both ripped apart causing an injury these where only used indoors and both sandals are damaged in the same place I can’t get out so ordered on line shoes trainers and these sliders
How do I return them
I bought my son some school trains on the 4th of September the day befor they went back to school and already his shoes are falling to bits all the sole at the front have come away and This is not the first time this has happened I took the same design of sandals back 3 time for being faulty where the back straps just snap now I buy my childrens shoes here cos there cheap but not that cheap they last just over a week no matter how rough my son plays at break times They should still last
