If your item has developed a fault inspected, we would suggest for you to take the item into your local Shoe Zone store for this to be inspected. A member of staff will be able to physically examine this for a manufacturing defect for you and authorise a refund or exchange if a fault has been deemed.
If you do not have your proof of purchase, the store would not require this in these circumstances, however you are more than welcome to take this for peace of mind.
Alternatively, if you have ordered the item and paid online you are more than welcome to post the item back to our Head Office. We do offer a return service with Hermes return service at the cost of £2.50, please click here to book a return with Hermes.
Our QC team will examine the item and if a fault has been determined, a refund for the item and return postage would be authorised. This option is not available for store purchases as the item was originally paid for in-store and are not able to refund store purchases at our Head Office.
