How do i get a refund if i have paid with a gift card?

If a refund is authorised and the original purchase was made with an One4All/ Love2shop flexicash gift card, this would be processed back to the original payment method.

If you have thrown away or lost your card, you would be required to contact One4All to request a new card.

Alternatively, you will be able to see the balance on your online account with One4All.
