If you have originally purchased the product in store. We would need them to be physically inspected, we would suggest for you to take the item into your local shoezone store. A member of staff will be able to physically examine this for a manufacturing defect and if a fault has been determined with the design or construction, the store would authorise a refund or exchange on this occasion.
If you do not have your proof of purchase, the store would not require this in these circumstances, however you are more than welcome to take this for peace of mind.
If you have purchased your order online, please provide us with detailed images of the faults, we can then take a look into resolving this for you.
