You can return the item in its original re-saleable condition within 12 months, free of charge to your local shoezone store, where a refund or exchange can be authorised.

Store Orders and Store Purchases
Any items purchased from one of our stores will need to be returned to the store as the original payment was made in store.
The option for store purchases to be returned to our Head Office is unavailable, as we are not able to refund in-store payments.
