What to do when you believe your details have been part of a data breach?


Shoe Zone Retail Ltd. takes the privacy of customers information very seriously and is committed to protecting customers personal data.


We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data breaches and we will notify the customers and any applicable regulator of a breach.


In the rare occasion that your information has been involved in a data breach you will be contacted,
and we suggest you take the following steps:


  • Change your Shoe Zone Account password
  • Refrain from using same passwords on multiple sites 
  • Watch out for email and phone calls asking you for your personal information
  • Inform your bank/credit card providers
  • Check bank accounts for suspicious activity
